Richard Joseph Davis III
Mr. Davis was born and raised in Portsmouth. He served on the staff of U.S. Senator Charles S. Robb then attended Nova Southeastern University Law School, and returned home to practice law in Portsmouth. Prior to joining Kozak and Associates he worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Portsmouth. Mr. Davis enjoys spending time with his family.
